Injection-moulding techniques
As plastics manufacturer HSV Technical Moulded Parts is familiar with many different injection-moulding techniques and uses exactly the right plastic granulates for the realisation of your durable, large-scale plastic products.
We identify the following injection-moulding techniques:
High-pressure injection moulding is the most common technique used for products between 250 grams and 25 kilos.
Thermoplastic injection moulding is a low-pressure foam moulding technique for wall thicknesses between 3 mm and 8 mm.
Cascade injection moulding or Sequential Injection Moulding involves injecting plastic into sequential openings in the mould, making it possible to realise large products with thin walls.
